Chef Esther grew up in Nigeria, where every meal told a story of family and celebration. She trained in professional kitchens, then founded Metheq Cuisine to share those flavours with Canada. Today her cooking feeds birthdays, weddings and Sunday dinner tables across Southern Ontario.
